they are comfortable and fit well to my foot, I am sure they will be amazing to hunt in, one of my concerns, is that they make a bit of noise, the leather rubs together, the tongue and upper lacing flaps rub and make that leather squeeling sound, like when someone sits or moves around on a leather couch. That is my one concern, as I will be using these for hunting, I will put another review after I try them in the field

I was immediately impressed with the build quality of this boot. But I found it somewhat narrow so I considered returning it. But, since it did not have a full rand, I took a chance the leather would shape to my feet. Fortunately, it has and the boots no longer feel tight. I’ve worn them on three hunts/hikes in tough conditions. The boots are very waterproof and give moderately firm support. The orange laces look great but are round. I always find round laces tend to loosen so I had to tighten the boots at least once each trip. I’ll be buying flat laces. The boots stood up to the harsh, wet, muddy conditions very well and I expect to get long service out of them.
