HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
We create our footwear using lasts based on real feet. Because of this it is very easy to find your perfect fit.
1st. Step onto a piece of paper and mark just behind you heel and in font of your longest toe.
2nd. Do this for both feet and then measure the centimeters between these lines. This measurement is your Mondopoint.
3rd. Using the measurement from your longest foot find your correlating size below.
I have been wearing my Selvatica Mid boots for a few months now and I cannot say enough good things about them. I tend to have more sensitive feet when it comes to boots but these were pretty much comfortable right from the box. I also have a history of being pretty tough on footwear. I live in Vermont and spend my free time out on the trails with my dogs. We adventure in the Green Mountains and also in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. My most recent hike took me to the Southern Presidentials of the White Mountains. The terrain there is rough and rugged... lots of rocks. Ice up on the higher parts of the trails also. I wore my Selvaticas and even though they have quite a few miles on them already, they stayed strong and kept me upright and moving for the 10.5 mile day. The traction is pretty decent and I love how the boots feel so lightweight. Definitely better for me than the heavier backpacking boots. Looking forward to adding another pair of these to my hiking gear in the near future.
