I hike in Alberta’s Kananaskis Country twice a week all year round and I love your boots. I wear them in snow, I do scrambles, weeklong backpacking, up and down mountain scree slopes and they have never failed me! In fact I have had them resoled 3 times. My cobbler final told me need to get a new pair of hiking boots. So after 4 years of hard hiking I got another pair.
I would like to Thank you for making such a quality boot.

Superalp GTX - Men's
Have only used the boot for walking around in the snow for break in. I purchased the boot for winter backpacking/snowshoe trips. The trips are coming up.
The boots lace down very well, snugs my heel with no slippage. Toes do not feel cramped like most boots. I did buy them considerbly larger than my mondopoint size, which measures men's 9; I purchased my normal shoe size of 10.5. Mondopont is correct for my ski boot size. Stomping downhill is much more toe smashing than sliding downhill.
